Rice Flour

Rice flour is available in brown - white and sweet white and is ground from same colored rice. The brown rice flour has a mild nutty flavor whereas the white is lighter - miler and easier to digest than regular wheat flour. Rice flour can be used for breading and thickening sauces and gravies. A suitable flour for your gluten free baking - some people find that rice flour is just a little gritty - but less so than bean flours.
