Safflower Oil

Safflower oil is made after the pressing of safflower seeds. Clear in color - it is most commonly used in salad dressings and for frying favorite dishes. Safflower oil can be used at both high and low temperatures and essentially has no flavor. There is no vital vitamins or nutrients provided by safflower oil but it does feature high levels of polyunsaturated fats which can lower your risk of heart disease.
